Andy Superior

Andy Superior has a diverse work experience spanning various roles and industries. Andy started their career at Arkwin Industries as a Manager of Program Management, where they were responsible for customer communication, contract negotiations, and budgeting. Andy then moved on to Kussmaul Electronics as the Director of Operations, overseeing multiple sites and driving operational efficiency. At BAE Systems, Andy served as an Operations Program Manager, successfully managing contract lifecycles and achieving ahead-of-schedule and on-budget completions. Andy continued their career at Collins Aerospace as a Sr. Manager, leading value stream management and site operations. Most recently, Andy held the role of Director of Operations at Narda-MITEQ, where they strategically directed manufacturing, quality, and supply chain functions while achieving significant improvements in efficiency. Currently, they are the Director of Operations for Manufacturing and Product Support at TTM Technologies.

Andy Superior has a Bachelor of Science in Business Management from Almeda University. They also have an Associate of Science in Aircraft Armament Systems Technology from the Community College of the Air Force. In addition to their degrees, they have obtained various certifications in areas such as change management, inclusive leadership, impactful and influential leadership, AS 9145, APQP & PPAP for Aviation, Space & Defense Organizations, life-cycle logistics, and Six Sigma Green Belt.
