Ann Varghese

Ann Varghese has a diverse work experience spanning over several years. Ann started their career in 2004 as an HR Assistant at Tyco Healthcare Ludlow, where they played a role in closing a Corporate Corrective Action Preventive Action (CAPA) finding and passed an FDA Audit. Ann then moved on to Mohawk/Belden as an HR Representative in 2007.

In 2008, Ann joined Hamilton Sundstrand as part of the HR team. Ann led all aspects of HR responsibilities for the Aerospace Planning & Logistics organization, supporting recruitment, leadership development, reporting & analysis, employee relations, customer satisfaction, diversity tracking, and restructuring activities.

After that, in 2012, Ann started working at TTM Technologies. Ann initially joined as a Human Resources Business Partner, where they managed HR initiatives for 400+ employees, including recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, workplace investigations, training, and tactical operations. Later, they held the roles of Human Resources Manager, Senior Human Resources Manager, and currently holds the position of Sr. Human Resources Director for the North America East Region.

Ann Varghese completed their Bachelor of Technology in Computer Science from Cochin University of Science and Technology in the period from 1996 to 2000. Following that, they pursued an MBA in Human Resources from Manipal Institute of Technology from 2000 to 2002.
