Laura Elizalde

Laura Elizalde has extensive experience in human resources, with their most recent role being Vice President of Human Resources at TTM Technologies since January 2023. Prior to that, they served as the Senior Director of Human Resources at TTM Technologies from June 2021 to January 2023. Before joining TTM Technologies, Laura worked as the Director of Human Resources at Surgical Care Affiliates from August 2019 to May 2021. Laura also held the position of Senior Manager of Organizational Capability at CDW from April 2016 to August 2019. Prior to that, Laura was self-employed as an Organizational Development and Change Management Consultant from August 2008 to April 2016. Laura began their career at Raytheon as a Principal Human Resources Generalist from March 2006 to August 2008.

Laura Elizalde completed their Bachelor's degree in Political Science & Speech Communications from the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign in 2000. Laura then pursued a Masters in Human Resources and Industrial Relations at the same university from 2000 to 2001.
