Todd Amy

Vice President Finance, North America Manufacturing at TTM Technologies

Todd Amy has a diverse work experience spanning over three decades. Todd started their career as an Assurance - Auditor at Arthur Andersen & Co. in 1988. Todd then moved to ROCKWELL INTERNATIONAL, where they held the role of Supervisor, General Accounting from 1990 to 1995 and later became Manager, FP&A, Acquisitions & Divestitures from 1995 to 2000.

In 2000, Todd joined Fluor Corporation as Director of Finance, leading significant financial activities such as securing a $800M syndicated credit facility and overseeing acquisitions and sales of various companies. Todd also served as Assistant Treasurer, managing finance and acquisition due diligence within Corporate Treasury from 2004 to 2006.

From 2006 to 2012, Todd worked at TTM Technologies as the V.P. of Financial Planning & Corporate Treasurer, overseeing the global treasury function for Asian and U.S. operations. Todd then progressed through various leadership roles at TTM, including VP Finance of North America Business Unit from 2012 to 2016, VP Finance of Aerospace, Defense & Specialty Commercial Business Unit from 2016 to 2020, and currently Vice President Finance, North America Manufacturing, responsible for finance and accounting oversight of multiple plants and regions. Todd has taken on additional responsibilities in P&L management and FP&A for the company.

Todd Amy holds a Bachelor of Science (B.S.) degree in Accounting from California State Polytechnic University-Pomona. Todd later pursued an MBA with a dual emphasis in Finance & Accounting from the University of California, Irvine - The Paul Merage School of Business. In addition, they obtained the certification of C.P.A. from the California Board of Accountancy, although their status is currently inactive.
