Fred Kendrick has over 30 years of experience in the real estate industry. Fred started their career as a Real Estate Salesperson at Pier Associates in 1989 before moving on to Tutt Real Estate in 1993. In 1996, they joined Pardoe Real Estate/Pardoe ERA as an Associate Broker. In 2002, they became an Associate Broker at Coldwell Banker Residential Brokerage. Kendrick then joined TTR Sotheby's International Realty in 2007, where they held various roles, including Managing Broker of the Georgetown Office and Vice President of Compliance and Education. In these positions, they managed a large team of associates, developed the firm's social media accounts and training programs, and provided compliance and educational support to the company.
Fred Kendrick earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in Political Science from LSU Shreveport, attending from 1981 to 1985. In addition to their formal education, Fred has obtained several certifications in the real estate industry. These include the Certified Residential Broker (CRB) certification from the National Association of Real Estate Advisors, obtained in 2015. Fred also holds the Certified Residential Specialist (CRS) certification from the National Association of REALTORS®, earned in 2007, and the Graduate Realtor Institute (GRI) certification, obtained in 1996. Fred has also received certifications in Seller Representative Specialist, Short Sales & Foreclosures Resource, and ePRO, all from the National Association of REALTORS®.
