Valerie Legros

Valerie Legros has extensive work experience in contract management and legal roles. Valerie is currently working as the Director of Contract Management, Installation, Commissioning, and Cargo Access Solutions at MacGregor since August 2021. Prior to that, they served as the Chief Legal Officer and Contracts Director at Aston Harald Composite AB from August 2019 to August 2021. Valerie also worked at Caterpillar Propulsion AB, where they held the positions of Global Contracts Manager from January 2016 to August 2019 and Chief Legal Officer from April 2008 to December 2015. Before joining Caterpillar Propulsion AB, they worked as a Senior Associate at Clifford Chance from January 2006 to March 2008, and as an Associate at Blake, Cassels & Graydon LLP from June 2002 to December 2005.

Valerie Legros has a Bachelor's Degree in Political Science and Government from McGill University, which they obtained between the years 1994 and 1998. Valerie then pursued further education at McGill University, where they obtained an LLB/BCL degree in Banking, Corporate, Finance, and Securities Law from 1999 to 2002. In terms of certifications, they became a Member of the Bar at the Law Society of Upper Canada in 2003 and at the Law Society of England and Wales in 2005.
