Michael Marshall

Michael Marshall has extensive experience in labor relations and collective bargaining, currently serving as the Executive Director at UFCW Local 555 since July 2006, with oversight of negotiations for 180 collective bargaining agreements across multiple states. Previous roles at UFCW include Director of Membership Services and Director of Collective Bargaining, demonstrating a strong track record in supervising teams and managing large-scale negotiations. Michael has also held various trustee positions in retirement and health funds, contributing to funds with thousands of participants and extensive assets. Additionally, involvement in community service includes volunteer work as an Apparatus Operator/EMR with Tualatin Valley Fire & Rescue and as a youth minister, showcasing a commitment to both professional excellence and community engagement. Michael holds a Certificate in Union Leadership Education and Development from the University of Oregon.
