Patrick Fale

Patrick Fale is an accomplished fire service professional with over two decades of experience, currently serving as Deputy Chief of Strategic Services at Tualatin Valley Fire & Rescue since January 2001. Fale's extensive career encompasses various leadership roles including Assistant Chief, District Operations Chief, and Battalion Chief, where responsibilities included managing operations during emergencies and ensuring professional standards. Fale has also served as Interim Fire Chief for multiple fire departments and held leadership positions in local union organizations, advocating for labor relations and community safety. Fale holds a Bachelor of Arts in Management and Organizational Leadership from George Fox University, alongside an Associate of Fire Protection from Portland Community College.
