Tony Jagemann

Tony Jagemann has a diverse work experience in various roles and industries. Tony started their career at the University of Wisconsin-Milwaukee as a Help Desk Technician, where they provided technical support and managed documentation. Tony then became a Help Desk Technician Lead Supervisor, responsible for managing a team of technicians and implementing process improvements.

After their time at the university, Tony joined Robert W. Baird & Co. as a Service Desk Specialist, where they provided customer support and acted as a subject matter expert for internal applications.

Tony then moved on to Concurrency, Inc. as an Associate Consultant, where they implemented and maintained SCSM systems and gathered requirements from business units. Tony later became a Business Analyst Consultant, working with clients to understand their goals, analyze gaps, and provide recommendations for successful project implementation. Finally, they served as a Senior Business Analyst Consultant, providing technology roadmaps and mentorship to junior associates.

Tony'snext role was at Blue Yonder, where they worked as a Staff Application Product Manager I. Tony managed system releases and enhancements, updated operational tasks and configuration, and held multiple roles in scrum teams.

Currently, Tony works as a Business Engineer at Tuatara Consulting, Inc. Tony'sresponsibilities include process analysis, project management, and ensuring quality project delivery.

Throughout their career, Tony has demonstrated a strong ability to analyze and improve processes, provide technical guidance, and deliver high-quality results.

Tony Jagemann attended the University of Wisconsin-Milwaukee from 2004 to 2010, where they earned a Bachelor of Science (B.S.) degree in Geography. During the same period, they also pursued a Bachelor of Science (B.S.) degree in Atmospheric Sciences and Meteorology at the University of Wisconsin-Milwaukee, which they completed in 2009. In terms of additional certifications, Tony obtained the Scrum Alliance Certified Scrum Professional from Scrum.org in June 2023. Tony also received certifications in Microsoft technologies, including Microsoft Certified: Azure Administrator Associate and Microsoft Certified Azure Fundamentals, both attained in 2022.
