Pedro Silva

Pedro Silva, PhD, currently serves as the SURF Industry Manager at TUBACEX since January 2024, a multinational company specializing in tubular seamless stainless steel and high-nickel alloy products. Prior to this role, Pedro held significant positions such as Sales Manager Brazil at Seven Refractories, Business Development Manager and Key Account Manager at Magnesita, and Executive Project Manager at Ferrostaal Industrial Projects GmbH. An accomplished angel investor, Pedro contributed to the development of Choke Kombat, a Brazilian company focused on Jiu Jitsu kimonos. Pedro's career began at MBR, where extensive project management experience was gained. Educational qualifications include PhDs from the Max Planck Society and Technische Universität Wien, along with degrees in Mechanical and Civil Engineering from PUC Minas and FUMEC, respectively.
