Gary Chen has over two decades of expertise in technical and content operations within the media industry. Currently serving as Manager of Technical Operations at Tubi since September 2014, Gary focuses on video editing, graphics creation, and troubleshooting streaming issues, utilizing skills in FFMPEG, bash, python, and javascript. Prior roles include Content Operations Manager at AdRise, Inc., where similar responsibilities were undertaken, and Producer/Director at Conceptz Media, which was founded to deliver high-quality promotional media for well-known corporations and agencies. Gary's educational background includes a BA in Broadcast & Electronic Communication Arts from San Francisco State University.
