Hannah Soebbing

Hannah Soebbing has a diverse range of work experience. Hannah is currently a Content Metadata Coordinator at Tubi since 2022. Prior to that, they worked at GBH as a Post-Production Supervisor from 2021 to 2022, where they produced mixes with voice talent and audio engineers, delivered high volumes of audio description files, and edited scripts. Hannah also worked at GBH as an Audio Description Writer from 2021 to 2022, where they wrote scripts describing visual elements for audiences with blindness and low vision. Hannah has also worked as an Editor and Writing Consultant, providing custom copywriting and editing services, and tutoring students in academic writing from 2020 to 2022. Additionally, they served as a Programming Assistant at DTLA Film Festival in 2019, curating film submissions, introducing screenings, and providing operational support. Hannah also has experience as a Graduate Teaching Assistant and Writing Consultant at the University of Southern California, where they planned and taught discussion sections, managed course records, graded papers, and supported students in writing projects. Lastly, they worked as an English Tutor and Writing Center Tutor at Wayne State University.

Hannah Soebbing completed their Bachelor of Arts degree in Film Studies from Wayne State University, where they attended from 2009 to 2016. Hannah later pursued a Master of Arts degree in Cinema and Media Studies at the University of Southern California, from 2017 to 2019.
