Andrada Laura Tarmigan

Andrada Laura Tarmigan is a Senior Associate Lawyer at Tuca Zbarcea & Asociatii since June 2023, while also serving as an Associate Professor at The Bucharest University of Economic Studies since October 2020. Previously, Andrada was Secretary General of the Romanian Society of Construction Law from July 2022 to September 2023 and worked as an Attorney At Law at both Cabinet avocat Andrada Tarmigan and Oglinda&Partners from September 2020 to September 2023 and October 2017 to September 2020, respectively, focusing on Contract Law, International Arbitration, Litigation, and Construction Law. Additional experience includes a role as Legal Counsel from October 2015 to August 2017. Academically, Andrada is pursuing a Doctor of Philosophy in Law at Academia de Studii Economice din București, expected to complete in September 2024, and holds a Master of Laws in International Arbitration from the University of Bucharest, completed in June 2016, along with a Bachelor's degree in Law from the same institution and additional studies in Business Administration in Foreign Languages.
