Catalin Apatean

Catalin Apatean is a legal professional currently serving as a Junior Associate at Tuca Zbarcea & Asociatii since December 2021. Previously, Catalin held an internship at RTPR and participated in prestigious moot court competitions, including the Philip C. Jessup International Law Moot Court Competition and the Willem C. Vis International Commercial Arbitration Moot. Educational qualifications include a Master of Laws in Criminalistics and Criminal Science and a Bachelor of Laws from the University of Bucharest, as well as a Bachelor's degree in Law from the Collège juridique franco-roumain d'études européennes. Additional internships were completed at various esteemed institutions, including NNDKP and the Constitutional Court of Romania.
