Sayani Basu

Sayani Basu is a highly experienced product professional with a diverse background in product management and technical consulting. Sayani currently serves as the Director of Product Management at Wavelo. Prior to this, Sayani held the position of Director of Product Management at Tucows, where they were responsible for leading and overseeing various product initiatives. Sayani also served as a Senior Technical Product Manager and Product Manager at Tucows, focusing on shared services and Ting Fiber Internet respectively.

Earlier in their career, Sayani worked as a Product Owner at Roadmunk and a Product & Technical Consultant at OpenText. Sayani also gained valuable teaching experience as a Graduate Teaching Assistant at the University of Waterloo, where they supported courses in both product management and software engineering. Sayani started their career at LG Electronics as a Product Owner and Software Engineer.

Sayani Basu obtained a Master's degree in Management Information Systems from the University of Waterloo between the years 2016 and 2018.
