Shyle Braithwaite, CSM, CHPC L1 is an experienced professional with a diverse range of roles in customer care and coaching. Shyle Braithwaite has a Bachelor of Arts degree in Business Administration and Management, which was obtained from the University at Buffalo from 2004 to 2006. In 2013 and 2014, Shyle pursued an Associate's degree in Business Management and Marketing from Penn Foster Group. In 2020, Shyle completed the ICCP-1 Associate Certification Module from Integral Coaching Canada. Currently, Shyle is pursuing a Certified High Performance Coach, Level One certification in Physical Education Teaching and Coaching from Athletic Lab Academy, which is expected to be completed in 2023. Shyle also holds several additional certifications, including Certified ScrumMaster, Integral Associate Coach, ICF Member Badge, and various other certifications in fields such as fiber optics and sports coaching.
