Gina Compitello has a diverse work experience in marketing, events, and management. Gina is currently the Chief Marketing Officer at the Tucson Symphony Orchestra, where they started in 2022. In 2009, Gina started their career at the Tucson Symphony Orchestra as the Artistic Operations Manager. Gina'sresponsibilities included coordinating logistics for concerts and special events and managing guest artist travel.

Gina Compitello holds a Master's Degree in Arts and Cultural Management from Université Lumière Lyon 2, which they completed from 2006 to 2008. Prior to that, they earned a MA in French from the University of Oregon from 2003 to 2006. Gina also has a Bachelor's degree in French and Music from Ripon College, which they obtained from 1999 to 2003.

In terms of additional certifications, Gina obtained the Essentials of Orchestra Management certification from the League of American Orchestras in January 2010.
