Karen Gutierrez, M.Ed./PHR, possesses extensive experience in business operations and human resources. From July 1997 to September 2010, Karen served as the Coordinator for Business & Finance Operations at The University of Arizona. Since April 2014, Karen has been employed at Tucson Unified School District, initially as a Workers' Compensation Analyst and currently in the role of Senior HR Analyst specializing in Workers' Compensation.
