Kate Hitsman

Kate Hitsman is an experienced sales professional with a strong background in managing key and national accounts. Currently serving as the Director of Sales for Key Accounts at The Natural Dog Company since October 2022, Kate previously held positions at TDBBS LLC, including Senior Account Manager and Business Development Manager for National Accounts. Kate also gained valuable experience at PetSmart, where roles included Regional Sales Manager, Assistant Buyer for Dog Treats, and Buyer Technician for Dog Treats, Rawhide, and Natural Chews. Early career experience includes roles as Sales Coordinator and Front Desk/Guest Service Agent at The Wigwam. Kate holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Business/Corporate Communications from Arizona State University and has also attended Estrella Mountain Community College and Harper College.
