Barbara Battaglia

Barbara Battaglia has over 25 years of work experience in talent acquisition and human resources. Barbara has held various leadership positions in reputable organizations such as Tuff Shed, Inc., Erickson Living, The City and County of Denver, B-Squared Consulting, and the Federal Reserve Bank of Kansas City. In their most recent role as Director of Talent Acquisition at Tuff Shed, Inc., Barbara is responsible for strategic talent planning, development, and retention across all business lines. Prior to this, they served as the Lead Human Resources Talent Acquisition Business Partner at Erickson Living, where they provided innovative HR solutions and leadership to business lines. Barbara also has extensive experience in recruiting and served as a Senior Recruiting Business Partner at The City and County of Denver. During their time there, they successfully served a diverse client base and implemented effective strategies for sourcing and interviewing candidates. Throughout their career, Barbara has demonstrated strong partnership-building skills and an unwavering commitment to building lasting relationships with business partners.

Barbara Battaglia earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Human Resource Management from Regis University from 2001 to 2004. Additionally, they obtained certifications in "How to Think Strategically" from LinkedIn in March 2023 and in "Predictive Index" from The Predictive Index in March 2019.
