Adva Cohen is an experienced Human Resources professional with a robust background in leading HR teams and managing recruitment processes, particularly in technology and high-growth environments. Currently serving as Human Resources Director and previously as Senior HR Manager at Tufin since July 2016, Adva has effectively supported R&D and Products departments, demonstrating expertise in the full employee life cycle and acting as a trusted advisor to management. Adva founded ADDTalent as a freelance Talent Acquisition Consultant and held HR Manager roles at Borderfree and TesTEAM, contributing to global brand expansion and effective recruitment strategies. Adva holds an MBA in Human Resources from the College of Management, Israel, and a BA in Psychology and Business Management from The Open University of Israel.
