Jaclynn Reed

Jaclynn Reed, MHA, is an experienced healthcare and operations professional with a diverse background in medical administration and digital marketing. Currently serving as an EpicCare Ambulatory/Link Application Analyst II at Tufts Medicine, Jaclynn has developed extensive expertise in managing electronic medical records and optimizing workflows. Previous roles include Director of Operations at R & R Marine, where Jaclynn enhanced customer engagement and managed vendor relationships, and various positions in healthcare settings, such as a Medical Secretary and Senior HIS Analyst. Jaclynn holds a Master’s Degree in Health/Health Care Administration from Southern New Hampshire University and a Bachelor's degree in Health Sciences from Boston University.
