Mario Bravo Muñoz

Mario Bravo Muñoz has a diverse work experience in the fields of sales and account management. Mario started their career at Bell as an Engineer in Helpdesk and Sales Support. Mario then progressed to the role of Supervisor of Call Center and Helpdesk, where they were responsible for coordinating the Helpdesk unit and supervising support agents and call center operators. Mario next worked as a Coordinator of Commercial Alliances, where their responsibilities included analyzing and negotiating services and products offered through strategic alliances.

Mario then moved on to Orange Business Services, where they initially served as a Junior Account Manager and later as a Senior Account Manager. In these roles, they managed client sales, created commercial proposals, and marketed various services such as networking, cyber security, and telco services. Mario also had involvement in contract maintenance.

After their time at Orange Business Services, they joined DAUTEC KOREA Co LTD as a Service Account Manager for the LATAM region. Mario 'smain focus was on offering technology-driven services to improve the sustainability of businesses. Initially, they worked with LED technology products and services in South America.

Mario's most recent work experience is with SoftnetCorp, where they held the position of Sales Manager. Mario was responsible for managing sales and marketing strategies for IT products and services, including information technology integration, commercial ERP systems consulting (Odoo), and comprehensive solutions for perimeter security, cyber security, and disaster recovery planning. Mario also handled digital marketing activities, such as app development, social network management, big data, artificial intelligence, and business intelligence.

Mario Bravo Muñoz attended the Universidad Nacional Experimental Politécnica 'Antonio José de Sucre' from 1993 to 2000. During this time, they earned a degree in Ingeniería, with a specialization in Ingeniería de sistemas.
