Sheila Duckett

Sheila Duckett is a North Carolina Certified Paralegal with extensive experience in commercial transactions and commercial real estate. Since August 2015, Sheila has been with Tuggle Duggins P.A., overseeing all aspects of commercial real estate transactions, including the preparation of deeds, settlement statements, and electronic transaction binders, as well as managing title insurance and closing disbursements. Prior to this role, Sheila served as a Legal Assistant at Clement & Wheatley from August 2004 to July 2015, where responsibilities included corporate work, trusts, and estates. Sheila holds an Associate of Arts and Sciences degree in Legal Office Technology from Piedmont Community College and has further education from Bartlett Yancey High School, Danville Community College, and Liberty University.
