Barbara Agatha Piras has held various roles throughout their work experience. Barbara Agatha worked as a QA Tester at Vivendi in 2002. Later, they joined Ogilvy & Mather as an Account Executive, where they were involved in client servicing and the launch of a new cosmetic line. Barbara Agatha then worked as a Media Planner at Mindshare, primarily focusing on Campari brands and Galbusera products. After that, they joined IMILLE as an Account Executive, responsible for matching clients' advertising needs with creative strategies. Barbara Agatha then transitioned to Sems - Fullsix Group as an Accounts Manager, specializing in SEM for e-commerce and digital marketing strategies. Barbara Agatha continued their career at Ermenegildo Zegna as a Digital Performance Marketing Coordinator, managing performance marketing activities and digital analytics. Barbara Agatha also participated in the Zegna Talent Program, working in various departments on rotational basis. Barbara Agatha later worked as the Head of Marketing and Direct Sales, as well as the Direct Sales Manager at Etihad Regional. Most recently, they worked at Engadin St. Moritz as a Digital Marketing professional. Currently, they hold the position of Global Head of Digital Marketing at TUI.
Barbara Agatha Piras obtained a Master of Arts degree in MAFED from SDA Bocconi in 2011. Prior to that, they completed their Bachelor's degree in International Economics and Management (DIEM) from Università Bocconi during the years 2003 to 2006. In addition to their formal education, Barbara has obtained certifications in Open Water Diver from PADI and The fundamentals of hotel distribution from ESSEC Business School in 2021.
