Emma Keaney has a diverse work experience spanning various roles in the marketing and digital field. Most recently, they worked at TUI as an Optimization & Insights Lead. Prior to that, they served as a CRO Specialist at Farnell Global and as a Digital Experimentation Lead at TalkTalk. Emma also has experience as a Conversion & Optimization Manager at Eurocamp UK and Fanatics, Inc. Emma started their career as a Web Executive at Journeys of Distinction and later worked as an Online Marketing Executive at A J Bell. Earlier in their career, they served as a Marketing Assistant at Craghoppers and a Graphic Design Assistant at Jacobson Group. Emma has demonstrated expertise in website management, online marketing strategy, SEO, PPC, email marketing, web analytics, and campaign analysis.

Emma Keaney attended The Manchester Metropolitan University from 2002 to 2006, where they obtained a 2:1 degree in International Fashion Marketing. In addition to their degree, they have also obtained certifications in A/B testing mastery from CXL and as an Optimizely Program Manager from Optimizely in September 2020.
