Dr. Brian M. Johnson

Dr. Brian M. Johnson, Ed.D., currently serves as the Associate Vice President for Campus Operations and previously held the role of Assistant Vice President for Student Affairs at Tulane University since July 2015, focusing on Housing, Residence Life, and Campus Recreation. Prior experience includes positions such as Associate Dean of Students at Embry-Riddle Aeronautical University, Director of Residence Life and Judicial Affairs at Pennsylvania College of Technology, and various roles at Loyola University Chicago, including Associate Director of Residence Life. Dr. Johnson began their career at Virginia Tech as the Student Success Program Coordinator. Academically, Dr. Johnson holds an MBA from Tulane University, a Doctor of Education in Educational Leadership from Drexel University, an MA in Educational Leadership and Policy Studies from Virginia Tech, and a BS in Child Development and Family Studies from East Carolina University.
