Hailey L. MacDonald

Hailey L. Macdonald, MASCM, is an accomplished communications professional with a diverse background in marketing and communications. Currently serving as a Senior Communications Specialist at Tulane University's Office of Advancement Communication and Marketing since March 2020, Hailey manages alumni communications for a substantial portfolio of internal accounts. As the founder of Hailey Lange Co., established in January 2020, Hailey provides marketing and communications consulting services to businesses and entrepreneurs. Previously, as Marketing Director at Ron Austin Law, Hailey revitalized the firm's marketing strategies and enhanced its online presence. Prior experience includes a role as Marketing Associate at Morris Bart Law Firm, where Hailey oversaw social media management and internal communications. Hailey holds a Master’s Degree in Strategic Communication Management from Concordia University-St. Paul and a Bachelor’s Degree in Communication from Southeastern Louisiana University.
