Kimberly Gramm, MBA, PhD, currently serves as the Managing Director at Tulane University, where the focus is on founding a seed fund to support startups in health tech, energy/climate, and AI. Previously, at Texas Tech University, Gramm held multiple leadership roles, including Chief Innovation & Entrepreneur Officer and Associate Vice President of Innovation & Entrepreneurship, overseeing strategies for economic engagement within the Office of Research & Innovation. Additionally, Gramm led the Innovation Hub at Research Park, aiming to attract technology clients to collaborate with the university system. Prior experience includes serving as Associate Vice President at Florida Atlantic University, where leadership was provided to support regional startups, and roles at UPS as Corporate Marketing Manager. Academically, Gramm holds a PhD in Educational Leadership and Administration from Texas Tech University, an MBA in Finance from the University of Tampa, and a Bachelor of Science in Marketing from the University of South Florida.
