Rabiatou H. Moussa

Rabiatou H. MOUSSA serves as the Research & Learning Manager at Tulane University and has extensive experience as a Software Developer since December 2008. As a co-founder of Developpe-Les, Rabiatou focuses on designing social projects centered on women, managing partnerships, and creating management-level reports while also animating conferences. Rabiatou's consulting roles include a recent position as a Senior Research Consultant at SNV, where a diagnostic study of mobile-based digital interventions took place. Previous experience includes roles with DAI, The World Bank, Expertise France, UNOPS, UNICEF, and Empow'Their Niger, showcasing expertise in digital development, citizen engagement, and project management.
