Robert Herman

Robert Herman is the Communications Director at TULARE COUNTY OFFICE OF EDUCATION. Prior to their current position, they served as the Executive Director at Clark Center for Japanese Art and Culture from June 2002 to November 2003. Herman has dedicated their career to education and arts administration. Robert is a committed advocate for public education and strives to ensure that all students have access to quality educational opportunities.

Robert Herman completed their undergraduate studies at Texas A&M University, where they earned a Bachelor of Environmental Design in Architecture. Robert then went on to earn their Master of Business Administration (MBA) from Texas Christian University, with a focus in marketing and finance.

They are on a team with Anabel González - Director, Migrant Education Program, Region VIII, Wayne E. Lacy - Director, Information Systems, and Jennifer Biagio - Administrator & MSC Director. Their manager is Tim A. Hire, County Superintendent of Schools.
