Sydat Marunga

Sydat Marunga is a finance professional with extensive experience in financial management and accounting. Currently serving as Finance Manager at Tulima Solar since May 2023, Sydat is responsible for preparing financial statements, ensuring statutory compliance, managing cash flow, and supporting audit processes. Concurrently, Sydat also works as an Accountant at Amarin Financial Group, focusing on client financial reporting and project implementation. Previous experience includes the role of Assistant Accountant at Softmat Computer Solutions, where financial integrity and compliance were prioritized, and an internship at Yunhill Associates, CPA, gaining exposure to audit engagements and tax return preparations. Sydat holds a Bachelor of Commerce in Accounting from Makerere University and is currently pursuing a Certificate in Financial Modelling and Valuation Analysis from the Corporate Finance Institute.
