Cassandra Weinberger has a diverse work experience spanning several companies. Cassandra began their career as the President of Meadow Lark Housing Co-op, where they managed a board of directors and coordinated housing subsidies. Cassandra then worked as a Project Manager at Essentialtalk for five years. Following this, they joined PwC as a Client Account Associate & L&D Specialist before transitioning to roles such as Resource Specialist/Manager and HCSC Resource Manager, XLOS. In these positions, Cassandra developed and maintained relationships with leaders and managers, negotiated staffing conflicts, provided staffing solutions, and compiled reports for utilization rates and office budgets. Cassandra also acted as a local Subject Matter Expert for planning & scheduling software and managed a team. More recently, Cassandra joined Tulip as a Resource Manager, then Senior Resource Manager, and currently holds the position of Director, Delivery Services. In this role, they develop and maintains relationships, provides staffing solutions on client engagements, compiles and evaluates reports, and acts as the local Subject Matter Expert for various software tools. Cassandra also works closely with managers and directors to achieve local business results.
Cassandra Weinberger obtained a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) and BFA degree in Sociology and social work from Campion College at the University of Regina between 1999 and 2002. Cassandra also has a Bachelor of Arts degree in Sociology with a focus on Indian Studies from Campion College, and a Bachelor's degree and a Bachelor of Arts (BA) degree in Sociology from the University of Regina. In addition, they have obtained a certification in Digital Acumen from PwC in January 2021.
