Heather Lemoine is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in customer success and strategic management. Currently serving as Director of Strategic Customers and previously as a Retail Excellence Consultant at Tulip since August 2020, Heather has demonstrated expertise in driving customer engagement and satisfaction. Prior roles include Customer Success Director and Engagement Manager at Blueday, Inc., and EA/Project Management at The Yacobian Group. Heather’s career began at Victoria's Secret, where positions spanned from Store Manager to East Zone Assistant over a decade. Heather holds a Bachelor of Science in Management from Quinnipiac University and is currently pursuing a Master of Business Administration at the Questrom School of Business, Boston University.
