Patience Mboti

Patience Mboti is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in document control and quality assurance across various sectors. Currently serving as a Senior Document Controller at Tullow Oil since March 2022, Patience directs comprehensive document processes to ensure precision and compliance while managing critical project documents. Previously at Meridian Logistics and Engineering Ltd. as a QA/QC Engineer, Patience formulated Project Quality Plans and supervised subcontractors in Non-Destructive Testing. Prior experience includes roles as a Document Controller and Administrative Officer at Seaweld Engineering Ltd., where significant improvements in document management and cost reductions were achieved. Patience began the professional journey at the Ghana Ports and Harbours Authority through engineering internships. Educational qualifications include a Master of Science in Engineering Project Management from Coventry University and an HND in Mechanical Engineering from Cape Coast Polytechnic.
