Sherley Mangroo

As the Senior Billing Clerk at the Tully Rinckey America Service Corporation, Sherley is responsible for overseeing the billing and collections processes. In this role, she coordinates and maintains the attorneys billing schedule while ensuring accuracy, efficiency and timeliness of service is being provided to our clients. Sherley is also responsible for resolving client’s outstanding balances and ensuring all clients receive any necessary refunds within a timely manner upon closure of their case.

Previously, Sherley worked for a different local company for 15 years, where she was responsible for reviewing all of their billing for accuracy while providing high-quality customer service. She also has a background in medical billing and diagnostic coding.
