Kayla Warden

Kayla Warden is a licensed practical nurse with extensive experience in various healthcare settings, currently working at Tulsa Rehabilitation Hospital since June 2023. Previously, Kayla held positions as a licensed practical nurse at Montereau and Aveanna Healthcare, specifically serving pediatric patients.
