Lynetria Johnson

Lynetria Johnson is an experienced professional in organizational and talent development, currently serving as the Manager of Organizational and Talent Development at Tulsa Tech since May 2023. Prior to this role, Lynetria owned and operated LMR Property Management and More, LLC, focusing on property management in underserved communities. Lynetria has a strong background in training and development from previous positions at Tulsa Technology Center, including a role as Employment Specialist where employability skills training was conducted. Additional experience encompasses community engagement as the Director of Outreach and Community Engagement at Syd-Lyfe Counseling Service, operations management at ORS Nasco, and various human resources roles at United Stationers and Big Brothers Big Sisters of Oklahoma. Lynetria holds a Master's degree in Human Relations with an emphasis on Organizational Development from the University of Oklahoma and a Bachelor's degree in Psychology and Business from Missouri State University.
