HuiQi Yeo is an experienced Analytical Food Chemist currently working at TUMCREATE since November 2022. Prior experience includes roles as an Analytical Technologist at Kerry from October 2014 to June 2016, a Final Year Project Student at Firmenich from August 2013 to May 2014, and an Intern at Ingredion National Starch from December 2012 to April 2013. HuiQi Yeo holds a Doctor of Philosophy in Food and Nutritional Sciences from the University of Reading, completed between 2017 and 2022, a Master of Research in Food Science and Engineering from the University of Nottingham, obtained in 2017, and a Bachelor of Applied Science in Food Science and Technology from the National University of Singapore, awarded in 2014, with a brief academic tenure at Universidad de Costa Rica UCR in 2012.
