Richard Ponton

Richard Ponton has extensive work experience in operations management roles. Richard started their career in 2006 as a Coordinador de Operaciones Electronicas at Banco Occidental de Descuento, where they handled various responsibilities including client services, report generation, proposal development, and handling incidents and faults in web and mobile channels. Richard also worked on high-profile projects such as the implementation of mobile banking and website fusion.

In 2017, Richard joined Tumi Hospitality as an Operations Manager, overseeing recruiting and placement activities. Richard then progressed to the role of Regional Operations Manager, where they supervised operations in multiple states and cities, implemented new procedures during the COVID-19 pandemic, and strengthened the company's presence nationwide. Currently, Richard holds the position of Vice President of Operations at Tumi Hospitality, where they focus on promoting a positive work environment, enhancing productivity, and ensuring the overall success of clients and work teams. Throughout their career, Richard has demonstrated strong leadership, relationship-building skills, and a commitment to achieving organizational objectives.
