Nandita Debur

Nandita joined Kuoni GTS in 2012 as HR VP for APAC & MEA having gained over 20 years of HR Leadership experience across several industries including travel, technology, and services. Since then, she has progressed through a number of roles and led strategic global HR and Organisational Transformation projects in addition to HR Business Partnering and integrating the HR organisation as Global VP HR Operations in 2018.

Nandita has supported the business through de-mergers, M&A, post- acquisition cultural integration and more recently steered HR through the pandemic, launched new policies and ways of working, and led the organisational transformation project before being promoted to the role of CHRO at the end of 2020.
