Alexandra Croft

Alexandra Croft is a highly experienced scientist specializing in preclinical research and immuno-oncology. Currently serving as a Senior Scientist at Tune Therapeutics since June 2020, Alexandra leads IND enabling studies and focuses on optimizing gene editing approaches and developing combination therapies to enhance the functionality of engineered T cell receptor (eTCR) candidates. Previous roles include Senior Associate Scientist at Juno Therapeutics, where Alexandra was the research lead for eTCR development candidates, and various positions at Seattle Genetics, Amgen, and Fred Hutchinson Cancer Research Center, where contributions spanned drug resistance mechanisms, cancer cell line characterization, and immunology research. Alexandra's extensive background in research methodologies, including CRISPR-Cas9, lends a comprehensive skill set to oncology and therapeutic innovation.
