Christian Holtappel has a diverse work experience in the field of film production. Christian began their career as an independent video producer in 2017, where they produced various videos until May 2020. During this time, they also worked as a writer, director, and co-producer for two short films, "The Girl with Flaxen Hair" and "Dark Rooms." In 2019, they wrote, produced, and directed "Dark Rooms," a short film shot in Manchester. Prior to this, Christian served as a director at the Northern Film School from September 2014 to June 2017, where they directed three short films, including a documentary about wild-food foraging and an experimental dance piece called "Sublume." Currently, Christian works as a video director and editor at Tungsten Media since February 2022.
Christian Holtappel attended Leeds Beckett University from 2014 to 2017, where they obtained a Bachelor of Arts degree in Filmmaking.
