Joe Keight started their work experience as a Retail Manager at P&O Ferries in 1989 and worked in that role until 1995. Joe then became an Assistant Purser at the same company from 1995 to 1997. From 1997 to 2001, Joe held the position of Staff Manager at P&O Ferries. After that, they worked as a Call Centre Manager (UK and Europe) from 2001 to 2010. Joe joined the PPI Claim Company - Belmont Thornton in 2010 and served as a Call Centre Manager until 2014. In 2014, they became the Head of Sales Operations at Tungsten, where they are currently employed.
