Before joining Tungsten in 2018, Martyn held senior technical leadership roles at Oracle, StepStone, Lumesse and Investis.

Starting his career as a software developer, Martyn brings detailed technical knowledge from both contributor and leadership perspectives, and over the last 15 years has led multi-disciplined and organisationally-dispersed technology groups.
