Celese Williams

Celese Williams is a seasoned professional with diverse experience in consulting, social media management, and business advising. As a Consultant since October 2020, Celese Williams has also been serving as a Social Media Manager for Tunnel 7 since March 2021 and a Business Advisor for Xxcelerate, Inc. since November 2020. Additionally, as the Owner and Artist of Mystique's Fancy Faces since 2011, Celese Williams provides face and body art services throughout the Portland Metro Area, catering to both corporate and private events. Celese Williams holds an Associate of Arts degree in Art/Art Studies from Mt. Hood Community College and has furthered education at Oregon State University.
