Janson Pang

Janson Pang is a seasoned executive with extensive experience in quality management and organizational transformation within the global supply chain sector. Currently serving as Vice President at Tupperware since August 2021, Janson is pivotal in establishing a new global sourcing office and enhancing the company's commitment to sustainable quality. Previously, Janson held various senior leadership roles at Li & Fung from March 2005 to July 2021, including Chief Quality Officer and Executive Vice President, where responsibilities encompassed overseeing a comprehensive quality organization with substantial COGS and leading major restructuring efforts to optimize quality and compliance across a vast network of factories and products. Janson's educational background includes a Bachelor of Science from Queensland University of Technology, alongside advanced executive leadership programs at the Massachusetts Institute of Technology and Stanford University.
