Erickson Mvezi

Erickson Mvezi has been in the business industry since 2009. Erickson began their career as a Mechanical Engineer Intern with C&C Technologies South Africa. During their time there, they were Angola's Special Project Manager and successfully proposed the mapping of the extension of the exclusive economic zone (EEZ) for Angola. In 2015, they joined Tupuca, LDA as Founder & CEO. In this role, they focused on bringing innovation to Angola by creating online platforms and applications to help solve social problems. Erickson also served as a Business Development Consultant for IDEO.org, during which their team prepared a business case and action plan for the company.

Erickson Mvezi obtained a Bachelor of Science (BS) in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Louisiana at Lafayette in 2014. Erickson then went on to obtain a Master's degree in Social Entrepreneurship from Hult International Business School in 2015. In 2013, they also earned a certification in Designing Leaders from the University of Louisiana at Lafayette. In 2016, they earned a certification in Best Information & Technology Company from Angola 35 Graus.
