Join us as an Office and Community Manager and be the heart and the soul of Turbine’s brand-new office, listed as 2023’s most innovative office space finalist, and ensure that we are utilizing our office to its fullest capabilities.
You also will be a very important driver in building a better and better Turbine community and ensuring Turbine is becoming more amazing place to work.

You are directly reporting to our VP of HR and you will also have a close relationship with Turbine’s executives and management teams.

Our office is located at Corvin Innovation Campus (near to Klinikák and Corvin metro stations) and this is an on-site position.

Tasks:
Office & facilities

  • Ensuring that our office is fully equipped at all times, ordering food, snacks and office supplies, ordering stationeries, office equipment and furniture
  • Creating and organizing processes to facilitate smooth running of our office, including close collaboration with our IT team and external vendors
  • Liaising with the building facilities and maintenance crew
  • Collaborating with our finance team, ensuring that all items are invoiced and paid on time
  • Owning the yearly office budgeting process
  • Working closely with the rest of the HR to improve our office our office policies and procedures

Community

  • Proactively initiating new ideas to make sure that our community life is thriving - organize and manage small and bigger scale events (e.g. Community breakfast, AllHands lunch, Family Picnic, Annual retreat, Halloween and Christmas party...)
  • Helping the integration of our new joiners and welcoming them on their first day in collaboration with the wider HR team
  • Collaborating with our marketing team to create Turbine merch and swag
  • Taking care of nurturing of Turbine traditions, but also be open for the team’s ideas and needs
  • Be present and available, focusing on continuously elevating Turbiners’ wellbeing

Requirements:

  • Fluent in English
  • Bachelor’s degree in business administration, management, or a related field preferred
  • 2-3 yrs experience as an office manager or in a similar administrative role
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and office management software
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to details
