Csilla Kiss

Csilla Kiss has a diverse work experience spanning multiple industries and roles. Csilla began their career as an intern at the American Chamber of Commerce in UAE in 2012. In 2013, they worked as a Business Development Intern at Innotica Group. The following year, they joined Engineers for Social Impact as an Intern. In 2014, Csilla worked as a Controlling Analyst at Exxon-Mobil and also as an Intern at the NYU Abu Dhabi Department of Athletics, where they gained experience in group and personal training. From 2016 to 2017, they were a Strategy Consulting Analyst at Capitol Consulting Group. Csilla then joined OTP Bank in 2017, initially as a Strategy, Planning, and Controlling Senior Expert, and later as the Country Manager for Slovenia & Serbia. Their most recent role is the Chief of Staff at Turbine, where they work closely with the Executive and Management Teams to optimize operations and oversee project execution.

Csilla Kiss completed their Bachelor of Arts in Economics at New York University Abu Dhabi from 2010 to 2014, with specializations in Economics and a concentration in Political Science. Csilla then pursued a Master's degree in Economics at Central European University from 2015 to 2017. In August 2022, Csilla obtained a Professional Life Coach Certification from the Transformation Academy.
